Elores and Sipora

If you ever wanted Light, Anelthalien is waiting.

Elores imagines in his emerald sea, the grassy plain south of the city. One day while playing, he meets Sipora, and the joy they share from escaping into stories weaves their hearts together.

As they grow, Sipora frees Elores to be himself while the city tells him to leave his childish stories behind and mocks him for living in his imagination. In the darkness of reality, the beauty Elores sees in everything drowns, and he learns Sipora has a secret that makes the land hate her.

Refusing to believe his best friend is anything but light in his darkening life, Elores never speaks of Sipora or his stories so they won't be extinguished.

When Elores learns of an unimaginable evil ripping Sipora apart, his choice of which threat to save her from forces them to hide from the prejudice breeding lies and murder. When bitterness and greed attack, Elores and Sipora dive into their imaginations, where they find light despite the darkness around them. 

Though the Light in Elores' stories is life-giving, if the darkness infiltrates their souls, it will drown them.
